READY TO LET GO TO LET LOVE IN?

MENTORING AND SOMATIC HEALING TO RECONNECT WITH YOUR FEMININE FITRAH

Your fitra is not to be learned, it is to be remembered

You are not broken, you are just being called home

I know the weight of doing it all, the guilt of slowing down, the ache of holding everything together.
I broke under that pressure until I surrendered and I returned to Him instead of His creation.

Now I guide Muslim women back to their inner essence (fitra) through somatic healing, the Divine Names, and prophetic wisdom so they can release the armor, embody softness, and create the love they deserve, inviting peace and joy..

Because it’s not about begging, chasing, or proving your worth. It’s about inspiring your spouse through your radiance. Allah has already adorned you with honor, simply in the beauty of your creation as a woman and embracing your femininity.

Maybe you’ve tried everything, self-help, books, advice and still felt unseen. What you didn’t realize is that your heart was never meant to carry the world’s expectations. There is a deeper truth, that your heart already knows.

Your soul longs to return to the way Allah designed love rooted in mercy, sakinah, and sacred companionship.

Do you long to…

Let go of the perfectionism and silence that keep you from asking for help and leave you trapped in burnout

  • Let go of carrying the weight of holding everything together

  • Let go of feeling unseen, unworthy, or never enough

  • Let go of the guilt for slowing down and simply being

  • Let go of the walls that keep you from closeness in your marriage

  • Let go of the noise of the world, and return to the peace Allah has already written for you

  • Let go of the need to control, and trust your husband to embody the role Allah has entrusted to him

  • Let go of the perfectionism and silence that keep you from asking for help and leave you trapped in burnout

Because when you let go… you make space for joy, deeper love, and the sacred companionship your heart longs for.

This is where your return begins!!!!

HERE’S HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

  • A person's hand touching moss-covered tree bark in a forest setting.

A 60 minute session where I hold a space for you to bring awareness and to be present with Allah through His Divine Attributes, dhikr, and body awarenes. This will help you find the answers that your heart is seeking.

  • A small, rocky stream with clear flowing water surrounded by moss-covered rocks.

A journey to return to their feminine fitrah and restore harmony in their marriage. Through prophetic wisdom, somatic healing, and remembrance of Allah, you’ll learn to let go, soften, and receive love in the way Allah designed.

  • Page from a book or card about Yas Wadud, describing his significance in divine love and intimacy, with ornate border design.

A space for you to slow down and sit with your Lord, leaving outside any of the distractions that pull you away from Him. We will be sitting together to reflect, connect and get to know ourselves better through dhikr, meditation, and journaling.

  • Person's hands with jewelry, touching the water in a river or stream.

A space for a deeper understanding of who you are and the obstacles that are keeping you away from living in alignment with your essence and Allah. Giving you the tools needed to navigate your daily life as a spiritual woman.

CLIENT LOVE

During my participation in the  program, I was able to embrace Allah's love again. He created us in such a way that we function with beauty. And to deny yourself of recognizing that love is like almost denying Allah SWT. Something beautiful and eye opening for me was to witness the beauty of being in the community supporting each other in our healing journey.”
